When a customer has their windows cleaned, he/she expects there to be no streaks, smudges or drip marks remaining on the glass as the professional window cleaner drives off.  So let's say that the glass is shining like a diamond, it is BEAUTIFUL!

But for clarification, many window cleaning companies do not clean screens.  If they do of course they charge an additional fee per screen and then they just sweep them off...sad because it only takes a few more minutes to do a professional, thorough job that shows real appreciation to the customer.
